Board Supplied with TTV-1202 (4X4 array, 10mmX10mm bare die) already mounted..
Heating Resistor electrical circuit is configured as 8 columns of 4 resistors in series (see figure on lower right). Each colun has a nominal resistance of 30 Ohms. Two adjacent columns can be connected together to provide a nominal resistance of 60 Ohms. The four separate 60 Ohm strings can then be paralleled to provide a total resistance of 15 Ohms. In a properly heat sunk environment and the application of 54V @ 3.6A will produce 190W in the thermal test chip. Other circuit and power configurations can be implemented with board jumpers and power connections.
The test board is configurated to provide direct access to 7 temperature sensing diodes spread across the chip (see figure in lower right).
As shown in the photo at the top right, the TTB-9365 is supplied with a mating electrical connector mounted on a breakout board to simplify electrical connections. In addition to the holes ofr spacers, there are four holes for heat sink mounting.
The TTB-9365 is available with optional heat sink and mechanical backing plate.
Board is 60mm X 80mm, not including mating connector breakout board.
